yesterday
Yesterday i made tiramisu which i had been planning for ages. The reason for making the dessert is just I saw a video on internet and i said i can make this but I didn’t make it because of my laziness. My mother’s birthday finally came and I motivated myself to make this dessert as a birthday cake for my mom. But i didn’t count the slices while making it, at the end there were 2 tiramisus and i asked myself that who I am going to give these slices for. But the result was unanswered because all of my friends are enjoying their holidays and my uncles or another family members are far away from me. Now I have a lot of slice of tiramisu, its taste is really good by the way i should go masterchef :P, with me. I think ill eat dessert for all of my meals in a day in my next days.
Yesterday i made tiramisu, which iI had been planning for ages.
The reason for making the dessert is juswas that I saw a video on the internet, and i said i can make this butI thought I could make it. However, I didn’t make it because of my laziness.
My mother’s birthday finally came and I motivated myself to make this dessert as a birthday cake for my mom.
But iI didn’t count the slices while making it,; at the end, there were 2two tiramisus, and iI asked myself that who I am going tocould give these slices forto.
But the result was unanswered because all of my friends awere enjoying their holidays, and my uncles or another family members awere far away from me.
Now I have a lot of slices of tiramisu, its. (It taste is really good by the way i, I should go mMasterchef :P, with me.)
I think iI'll eat dessert for all of my meals in a day in myfor the next few days.

Just some punctuation and capitalization :-)
The pronoun "I" should always be capitalized, even in informal English.
The reason for making the dessert is just that I saw a video on ithe Internet and i said iI told myself that I can make this, but I didn’t make it because of my laziness.
"Just" is a good filler word here, but I think the expression "[it] is just that..." makes more sense in context.
English always uses "the" before Internet: I found it on the Internet.
This is a very common mistake even among native speakers, but technically the word Internet should always be capitalized. Most people do not follow this rule, though, so don't worry about it too much!
You challenged yourself and made it! I love that!
But iI didn’t count the slices while making it, atnd in the end there were 2 tiramisus and i asked myself thatI wondered who I am going to give these slices forto.
Some tricky verb phrases here: "who am I going to give these slices to?" or "to whom will I give these slices?"
"At the end" tends to denote a location: "I live at the end of the street." As a synonym for "finally," you can use "in the end."
"I asked myself" is grammatically correct, but most native English speakers would simplify and say "I wondered"
But the resultquestion was unanswered because all of my friends awere enjoying their holidays and my uncles or another family members are far away from me.
You can always send it to me!
Now I have a lot of slices of tiramisu,i. Its taste is really good by the way i. I should go mon Masterc Chef :P, with me.
"Its taste is really good" is a great way to say this, but "its flavor is really good" or "it has a good flavor" might be more common.
I think iI'll eat dessert for all of my meals in a day in myfor the next few days.

Well written, and it sounds like a delicious problem to have!
Tiramisu Birthday Cake
Yesterday iI made tiramisu which iI had been planning for ages.
I corrected the capitalization because “I” is correct, but it does not always matter in informal settings.
The reason for making the dessert is justhat I saw a video on the internet and i said i can make this, but I didn’t make it because of my laziness.I (was/am) lazy.
It is okay to say “because of my laziness” but it does not sound natural. We would most likely say “because I am lazy” or “because I was lazy”

Since you have more than one slice, it is plural (slices).
