Similar to the Islamic areas, a large number of so-called refugees from the Middle East such as Syria, and Palestine flock to the UK, France, and Germany. Why they don't move to Saudi Arabia? It's more convenient for them to live because they believe in the same religion.
I haven't met any Arab people, they are in somewhat mysterious in my mind.

Socialism and capitalism can be seen as different systems that have emerged in the world. However, it seems socialism is more aggressive than the latter. After World War II, a Cold War was setup between the West and the East, represented by the USA and the Soviet Union. Now, with the current rising trend of left-wing power around the world, a new Cold War situation is unfolding. Therefore, I personally think they are opposite or contrasting systems. I am not sure whether the “counterpart” is correct here.

”Counterpart" is usable here, but the bigger problem is that "socialism" applies to a broad array of economic theories, not all of which are contrary to capitalism (which itself is not a singular theory, but a school of thought) in the same way that you are talking about so some to readers. Especially in American politics, and when talking about the Soviet Union, some may consider socialism as the counterpart to democracy, thinking of it as a political, not an economic theory. Depending on their perspective on socialism, their degree of education on the matter, and the precision with which the terms are used, different readers may or may not agree with the "counterpart" terminology.

Interesting! What do you think the main difference between socialist and capitalist countries is? Also, many Islamic countries are capitalist as well, why do their citizens still want to leave for other countries?

In the 1940s, we may believe socialism is ideal. Over 70 years after that, so many persuasive truths already proved it's only ideal for very few elite classes, the masses haven't benefited from it. Although capitalism is not perfect, it seems we don't find better ones now.
The most powerful weapon for socialism is propaganda and control of the media. This is the weak point of real capitalist countries.
In some Islamic countries, people are also in totalitarian regimes, like moving to the West mainly seeking real lawed areas.
