A game that I played in my childhood was called throwing dirt balls.
The materials for playing the game were very easy to find in the countryside. When it rained, the dirt was wet. I grabbed a handful of dirt from the ground and shaped the wet dirt into many small balls. Found a branch that was highly elastic and attached one dirt ball to the thin end of the branch. Hold the thick end of the branch with your right or left hand and throw the dirt ball forward very hard to try to throw it the most faraway.
The people who made the dirt ball farthest were the winners.
A game that I played a game in my childhood was called t"Throwing dDirt bBalls".
Think the sentence flows better this way. I have put the name is quotes and given it capital letters as it is the title of the game
The materials needed for playing the game were very easy to find in the countryside.
The original works as well but think sounds better with the needed.
Whenever it rained, the dirt wasbecame wet.
I would grabbed a handful of dirt from the ground and shaped the wet dirt into many small balls.
Think conditional sounds better here.
FThen I wounld a branch that wasfind a highly elastic branch and attached one dirt ball to the thin end of the branch.,
Sentence needs to keep going
Hhold the thick end of the branch with your right or leftin my hand and throw the dirt ball forward very hard to try to throw it the most farawayas far as I could.
The people who madethrew the dirt ball the farthest were the winners.
Or you can use furthest instead of farthest. Both are correct.
Feedback
Most of work is correct but I have rephrased it so it sounds more natural in English.
Throwing Dirt Balls.
A game that I played in my childhood was called "throwing dirt balls".
The materials for (playing) the/this game were very easy to find in the countryside.
When it rained, the dirt was wet.
FI found a branch that was highly elastic and attached one dirt ball to the thin end of the branch.
Hold the thick end of the branch with your right or left hand and throw the dirt ball forward very hard to try to throw it the most farawayas far as possible.
It depends whether you are describing the game to people or talking about your past experience. If the former, the above sentence is good. If the latter, best to say: "I held...with my right or left hand and threw...".
The people who made the dirt ball farthest were the winners.
Perhaps a better formulation would be: "Whoever could throw the dirt ball the farthest was the winner."
