Hi, I'm thinking about Brian Moser in the serial Dexter.

If Brian were alive: T, the first thing that would happened wa is that Brian and Dexter togetherwould killed their sister after Brian moveds into the apartment with Dexter.

We generally use the present tense (теперішній час) for hypotheticals.
