If you are standing in a certain higher position, you will find that even if you are a civil servant and no matter how high a position you are at, you are still a small employee. The only difference compared with employees in other fields is that your boss is the nation. As a state public official, you have to follow many strict rules and even if you are a leader who has 100% right thoughts about some issues, you may not deal with them totally according to your correct views. Why? Because of the system of organization and it is too complicated, this is also the reason why doing the same cause that private enterprises are always the winner except the state monopoly. If state public officials are still a priority in the job selection, the country mostly is not at its best. From the perspective of freedom, learning is much more unlimited. Learning or not learning is all at your will and you can try and see your best without any restrictions. Learning is much more like a street vender, selling or not selling is totally under your control and if you have the talent, you can make money with no limitations. So if you pay the same labor force can get the same outcome, you may not be necessary to be a state public official.
