In the process of selecting two people to be promoted to senior titles, everything was democratic, open and transparent. An on-site public election of a five-member leading group was held, which then worked out the rules. After the meeting, I also had in-depth communication with everyone who failed to get their wishes. Unfortunately, someone still blamed me for the reason they lost the election. I felt extremely puzzled. As a colleague, I will help whatever I can, but I can't help anyone with this matter, so I could only follow the rules.
