Think of any word. What is it?

The word that comes to mind first is, "espresso." I bought an espresso machine just one week ago, and I've looked for favorite beans. My brother got hooked on a coffee first a few years ago, then I was influenced. I would like to drink an authentic espresso in Italy someday.

Thank you very much for your careful corrections.

Think of any word. What is it?

The first word that comes to mind first is, "espresso."

(1) Your placement of "first" isn't wrong per se, but I think this is a little more natural-sounding.
(2) The comma feels unnecessary, though it's not necessarily wrong to have it. Personally, I just prefer the pacing of the sentence without it.

I bought an espresso machine just one week ago, and I've been lookeding for my favorite beans.

My brother got hooked on a coffee first a few years ago, then I was influenced.

"A coffee" isn't exactly wrong if you're referring to a specific TYPE of coffee, but if you're referring to coffee in general, then just "coffee" should be used.

I would like to drink an authentic espresso in Italy someday.
