I couldn't find a better title for this writing. I am not going to discuss any complicated things here, just a few general things that I think create obstacles for everyone. It's regarding my English writing. Whenever I try to write something, I don't find the correct words. Even if I find the words, I can't put them properly in a sentence. I try to think the sentence in English in my head instead of my native language. But I think I can't use the connecting word properly, or my writings need to be more professional. I would appreciate suggestions regarding my issue from anyone reading this. Also, how can I improve my English speaking?

For English speaking, it's probably best to find some chances to practice it with other people, be it a tutor on a site like italki, or some sort of in person study group.
I don't have great advice for internalising which words or grammar patterns to use other than to read a lot.

Your writing is pretty good, albeit simple. I will heavily recommend investing more time in input (reading books, watching movies etc) as that will help nurture your language knowledge, which will directly improve your ability to write better. Similarly, listen to podcasts and audiobooks to improve listening comprehensions, and then try speaking with natives to practice your speaking skill.

"post" or "forum post" can be used instead of the word "writing"

"can't" sounds a little more natural to say here

You do not necessarily need "in my head" in this sentence since you already mentioned "I try to think.."
But I think I can't use the connecting word properly, orI have trouble translating, and I would like my writings need to be more professional.
Don't use "but" to start the sentence. I'm going to rephrase this sentence.

Great job on the post! There are many ways to improve speaking ability. Personally, I like to use the voice channels of a language exchange server on Discord. Maybe there is a language exchange server for English and your native language! Keep up your language learning journey and good luck

For your writing issue, why don't you try to write about a specific topic? For example, the weekend, once you have selected the topic, think about words related to it. As for the speaking, I recommend you to try using the website "free4talk". You will find a lot of English learners over there.
