Things I want to start doing is Yoga.

These days, The time to spend the day at home is way up because of COVID19.
I’m feeling blue there are a lot of neas talking about COVID19 though, I think we should change the bad thinking about this circumstance staying at home not going out , and make a valuable time , and We can take advantage of this situation, Let’s begin to start some thing new.

You can get started to learn second language, to do running, or you can try to study for some qualification.
I got started to study for USCPA, but one thing that I wanna enjoy doing at home is YOGA.
As staying at home all day, we got out of shape.
My thigh get shape easily, so it getting thicker every single day.
We wanna lose my weight especially thigh.
Actually I’m not sure the pros and cons of YOGA but i would say we can start it without strong decision but you can get good shape from doing YOGA.

家にずっと家にいるので、運動不足ですよね。
私は太ももにすごく肉がつきやすいので、日に日に太ももが太くなってきています。
体重落としたいんです、特に太ももを。

実際私はヨガの何が良いかとか悪いかとかはよくわかっていないのですが、ヨガは特に強い意志が必要なく、始められて且つ体型を維持できると思っています。
筋トレは体型維持や減量のために厳しいメニューをこなしたりしなければいけません。
その点ヨガは体に大きな負担をかけず効果を得ることができるため始めやすいのではないかと思います。
私は筋トレを今までしたことがないので、まずはヨガから始めたいと思います。
