I was taught how to study it be many good teacher but I couldn’t keep doing it.
My ideal routine is waking up early morning to run or walk and then studying English as long as possible.
Every night, I regret my day....
I think I hasn’t decided to my routine regularly in this life.

sounds better this way
I was taught how to study it bethe language by many good teachers, but I couldn’t keep doing it.
1) Saying "the language" sounds better than "it", especially since you say "it" again at the end of the sentence. In English writing, we try not to be so repetitive.
2) For what you want to say, the right word is "by" not "be"
3) Put a comma before the word "but" anytime there's 2 different clauses (clauses means ideas) in your sentence. First clause = you were taught to study. Second clause = you couldn't keep doing it.
My ideal routine is waking up early in the morning to run or walk, and then studying English for as long as possible.
Every night, I regret my day....
In English, we only use 3 dots "..." :)
Example:
I don't know what I'm going to do...
I think I hasn’ven't decided to do my routine regularly in this life.
I have to sort out what I learned out and decide to what and /how much I want to improve each skill( (reading, writing, listening and speaking), and also set my goals in detail.
You said "and" a lot in this sentence, so when you said "what and how much," I put a slash instead of the and. You can do this sometimes in the English language, but not all the time.

Nice journal!
From what I've learned with language learning, don't stress yourself out. If you study the whole day, you might burn yourself out. You should study for at least 30 minutes a day, but if you really want to advance, I would do 2-3 hours a day. But not the whole day :)
