The View from Here
A cotton-like white cloud is slowly moving from the right to the left on blue sky in my window. There's a three-or-four-story building across the street and it is pretty much occupying my view. The building is painted in a bizarre combination of colors. The main color is thick reddish brown. The wall is decorated in Art Deco style, and the vertical rectangular areas, which are taking a lot of spaces, are painted in thick forest green, and at the top of the each panel, there is smaller horizontal panel with plant-like, geometrical design, and these are painted in thick gold (or is that yellowish brown?).

綿のような白い雲が私の窓枠のなかを右から左へとゆっくり動いていっている。通りの向こうに３階か４階の建物があって、ここからの眺めをほとんど埋め尽くしている。そして、この建物は変わった組み合わせの色に塗られている。主な色は濃い赤茶で、壁にはアールデコ調の装飾があるのだが、縦長のかなりの面積を占める長方形の部分には濃いビリジアンが、そしてその一つ一つのビリジアンのパネルの上にはそれぞれ小さめの四角い装飾があって、これには植物を幾何学化したようなデザインが施されているのだが、この枠は濃い金色で（あるいはもしかしてあれは黄土色か？）塗られている。

I always learned that you shouldn't connected more than two independent clauses, especially with the same conjunction, like A, and B, and C. It can be more smooth to write A, and B. C.
You may be able to connect three clauses if you have different conjunctions, but the sentence might still be too long.

Miami is somewhat well-known for its art deco style architecture. I thought I would like it, but when I visited, I realized it's not a very beautiful style in my eyes.

To be honest, I've been having a hard time appreciating Art Deco. There's a huge red-brick building also in Art Deco just over there. That is a junior high school, but the brick design is creating tons of triangular edges. That feels painful... I'm sorry for the students. X(
