The Time I uUsually Eat Dinner

Title case

I usually have my dinner at 7pm with my wife.

Sounds a bit more natural to omit the "my" here, especially if you're having it with another person.

Feedback

I tend to be quite guilty of having late dinners. I normally finish work at 6pm, so even if I make dinner straight away, if there's any work involved in making the dinner it's already going to be 7pm before I have it cooked, and that's assuming I'm ready to cook straight after work.

The Time I uUsually Eat Dinner

I usually have my dinner at 7pm PM with my wife.

Note: There are several ways to write "AM" and "PM" and it depends on which style guide you use. The Chicago Manual prefers "7 p.m." with a space after the number, lowercase, and with periods. I personally don't like lowercase with no periods, as it seems very informal.
