Recently, I’m interested in yoga again.
It’s not normal yoga named yien yoga.
When I was doing volunteer work as Japanese class assistant in local high school, a teacher who is also yoga instructor had free yoga class for teachers tied from preparing online classes because of corona virus.
They’ve never experienced this situation but they tried to offer equal education as good as possible for all student, so I really respected them and it motivated me.
I prefer this yoga to normal one because it has more activities and exercise.
In Japan, I’ve taken yoga lesson for half year but as I’m not interested in that, I’ve been to their studio only couple of times in spite of expensive payments, so I quit it.
However, I was really enjoying that yoga, it’s totally different! I heard It’s good for tight shoulder and neck, hopefully, it helps mine better.

If you were trying to express cause then 'in spite of' should be remplaced by 'but because of'.
