The Southern County

The county in the southern part is clean, tidy and has fewer people to live in.

I would like to check - are you talking about one county in the south, or many counties?
Also, you might like to say the country or region you are talking about. E.g. "The county in the south of [country name] is clean..."

It is not like the county in the north part that, which has too many people.

I like thea quiet environment, so I prefer to live in the southern county instead of the northern ones.

"I like a quiet environment" means "I like quiet environments in general". For this reason, you prefer the southern county, which also has a quiet environment.
Also, again, could I check how many counties there are - in the south and in the north?

Feedback

Well done on this written work. Can you tell us which county in particular you have written about? Which country is it in?
Just double-check your singular and plural forms for 'county'/'counties'. Let me know if you'd like any more help with this. :)

I live in the north of Anhui Province. One day, I went to the He county which is in the south of Anhui Province. In short, I feel like that counties in the south of Anhui Province are clean, tidy and has fewer people than those that are in the north. Thank you very much.
