When I was kid, i always tried to wondering how the snow can be. In some movies, the snow always look perfect; the perfect white color, the cold weather and everything. When I saw the snow the first time, I had the same expectation like a kid during Christmas period. After some hours, I discover the snow can be dirt. The perfect white become something I never think. Since that day, I understand white can be dirty more.

You wouldn't normally list "the cold weather" here, as you're describing how the snow looks, and the weather is a bit more abstract than that.

The perfect white snow becoame something I never thinkexpect.
I tried to minimize how much I rewrote the sentence, so this version is correct, but it would also be more natural as "I stopped expecting the perfect white snow"
Since that day, I understand whitemore that snow can be dirty more.

It's usually a volume thing in my experience. You need a decent amount of snow for it to be _that_ white. Also it does get dirtier looking as time goes on as it partially melts and debris lands on top or rises to the surface. Most of the time the snow here is very light, so it ends up looking very dirty, but sometimes we get heavier snow and it's more like snow you would see in movies.
