The Secret of Becoming Polyglots

Begin your day without touching your phone.
In those first few minutes of the morning, think in the new language.
Take a deep breath, and say quietly but firmly a short phrase.
"Bonjour madame, un café, s'il vous plaît", say it with conviction.
The brain responds to intention before repetition, then visualize what you'll learn that day.
See yourself speaking naturally, imagine the words flowing effortlessly.
That mental picture is the map your brain will try to follow.
During the day, protect that map, set fixed moments of practice and treat them as sacred appointments with your future.
Turn off distractions, shut the world out and dive into the language.
Repeat, make mistakes, laughing, but don't stop.
Every time you move through discomfort, the brain recognizes that knowledge as important and strengthens it.
At night before sleeping, spend five quiet minutes reviewing what you've learned.
Don't read or write, just think in the language, let the sentences echo in your mind like background music.
Your brain will keep learning while you sleep, reorganizing and reinforcing what you practiced.

Take a deep breath, and say quietly but firmly say a short phrase.

This is a bit confusing ‘firmly’ probably wouldn’t be the right word/necessary

Repeat, make mistakes, laughing, but don't stop.

Really really good, keep it up!
