One of my coworkers said her son had a fever last night. Good news were he had recoverd already. But later on I got a call from my wife and said that my son had vomited two times in the kindergarten. So we decided to ask his grandma for help to pick up my son home. I guessed my son probably had something like nauseas. He had no appetite during this days. We let him take some medications for stomach ill and drink more liquids. Just right now, we found him having slightly feverish. My son got sleep earlier than before because he's not feeling well, I think. I wish him feel better soon. This season, that definitely easy to get sick.

You don't need to say "I got a call" because that's already implied. I'm assuming that your son is her son as well. Twice can substitute for two times here.
So we decided to ask his grandma for help to pick up my son home.to pick him up.
"To help" is a little redundant.

We wouldn't put "I think" at the end of the sentence

There's a difference between "wish"- used when expressing a desire for (the success or good fortune) of (someone) and "hope"- used when you want something to happen or be the case.
ex. "I wish you the best"
According to subject verb agreement rules, "feels" would correspond with "he".
