A lot of native speakers would make this mistake, but "raise" is a transitive verb, i.e. it needs an object.
Good: "the owners will raise the price"
Good: "the price will rise"

Grammar is okay, but "fit" seems like strange word choice to me. I would just delete it to sound the most natural.
