Yesterday, I went to a big park near my home. It's called Century Park.
I took a video of corn poppies, the most beautiful kind of flowers I came across yesterday.

"Kind of flowers" sounds a bit awkward. "Most beautiful flowers" is clearer and more natural.

If you want to capitalise every word, do be consistent. (No need to capitalise "of" though, since it's a short preposition.) "Flowers" should also be singular.
