Make sure to add a space after each period. This is much more important in English than in Chinese.

I am a student who is only knows how to do English exams.

But I don't know how to use English to communicate.

Also I can't use English successfully.

"Successfully" sounds odd here because you don't make clear what "success" would refer to, specifically. Normally you would use "successfully" in reference to a specified goal or effort.

I hope that one day I can study abroad, so it's will be necessary for me to use English fluently.

Using it's (present tense) is understandable but I think future tense sounds better here because you're describing a situation in the future.

I really want the poepeople whose native language is English to give some useful suggestions to me.

I am a student who is only knows how to do English exams. / Or you can say "I am a student who only does English exams.

B..., but I don't know how to use English to communicate.

It is not so common to start a sentence in English with words as "but", "and" and similar, as these words are used as conjunctions.

Also, I can't use English successfully.

Perhaps phrase as "In the same time..." or "Frankly..."

I hope that one day I can study abroad so it's necessary for me to useo study abroad one day, so it is essential that I speak English fluently.

I really wantwould be really grateful if the poeople whose native language is English tocould give me some useful suggestions to me.

Learning English is one of the best decisions in life, especially if you are planning to study aboard. My advice for you would be to focus firstly on your vocabulary, to enrich it and then slowly continue with the grammar. Also, read a lot text on A2 level, watch some movies with titles on English and similar. According to the text you wrote, maybe a better option is to focus on A2, so it could be perfect and then you can move on on level B1.
