Corrections

The man and your yard

The man watcheslooks at your yard.

Watching is a continuous action, based off the context "to look" is a more suitable verb.

He looked and perceivnoticed that it is empty and not has colorful.

I removed the word "perceived" because it doesn't fit the context, and added the word "it" because the sentence need a subject.

He goes to the shop to get something flowers tofor your yard.

He comes back to your house and put yours the new flowers ion your yard.

Just a comment on skamiikaze’s correction, “in your yard” sounds correct to me and “on” sounds wrong to my ears as an American.
