Yesterday was the last working day for this year. We clean our office this day of every year. Our team consist of 4 people but 2 coworkers have already took paid-holidays so only two of my boss and I were in.
I told the boss to clean our team's cabinets with me, then he said that he had his hands full with cleaning his desk. He is fat and gets easily sweat for just a little movement so he looks as if he is doing a great job. I had no choice but to clean the cabinets alone.
We went to a restaurant whose pizza is very good for lunch. At a cashier, I found my purse was empty. But I thought at that time maybe he would buy my lunch. He said that he just paid in advance for me and give back to him without delay.
I thought his salary is around twice as much as mine and his body is around twice as big as mine, yet what a small mind he has! Probably his mind is a half as wide as mine😂😂
Our team consist of 4 people but 2 coworkteam members haved already tookaken paid-holidays, so only two of my boss and I were in.
The other corrections suggesting "2 of our coworkers" are also ok.
But "took" should be "taken."
He said that he just paid for me in advance for me and give back to him without dand asked/told me to pay him back immediatelay.
I thought, his salary is around twice as much as mine and his body is around twice as big as mine, yet what a small mind he has!
Our team consist of 4 people but 2 of our coworkers haved already took paid-holidays —so only two of my boss and I were in.
Another corrector wrote "2 of my coworkers", which is also correct. However, the other corrector did not correct verb tense from "have" to "had". In addition, a complex sentence (with many phrases) generally only has one conjunction, unless a dash ( — ) or a semicolon (;) separates the sentence in some way.

The lLast wWorking dDay for tThis yYear
Yesterday was the last working day for this year.
We clean our office on this day of every year.
Our team consist of 4 people, but 2 of my coworkers have already took paid-holidays so only two of my boss and I were in.
I told the* boss to clean our team's cabinets with me, thenbut he said that he had his hands full with cleaning his desk.
*I told 'my' boss... Would sound more natural.
using but is more appropriate in this situation because you asked your boss to do something BUT he could not take on the task: "but" is used when you are about to state something of contrast to your previous statement. I don't know if I explained that very well, so if you need any further explanation please feel free to ask!
He is fat and gets easily sweaty forom just a little movement, so he looksed as if he iwas doing a great job.
Because you are speaking of yesterday you should use the past tense:
look = looked(past tense)
is = was(past tense)
I had no choice but to clean the cabinets alone.
We went to a restaurant whoseere their pizza is verreally good for lunch.¶
or more naturally¶
For lunch, we went to a restaurant that sells very good* pizza.
*you could also say, "delicious", "tasty", or "scrumptious", all kinds of different expressive words. :)
At athe cashier, I found my purse was empty.¶
or¶
At the cashier, I realized my purse was empty.
The second is probably more commonly said though both are natural.
But I thought, at thate time, I thought maybe he would buypay for my lunch.
He said that he just paid for me in advance for me and to give it back to him without dimmediatelay.
I thought his salary iwas around twice as much as mine and h. His body is aroundmay be almost twice as big as mine, yet* what a small mind he has!
