The Kyoto Botanical Garden open earlier than usual during the summer, so I went there this morning.
The garden open at 7:30 from July 22nd to August 15th. Especially from July 30th to August 3rd, the garden open at 7:00.
While I was walking in the forest, I felt cozy and refreshed.

京都府立植物園が夏の間はいつもより早く開園するので、今朝、行ってきました。
7月22日から8月15日までは、7時半に開園します。特に7月30日から8月3日までは7時に開園します。
森林浴が気持ちよかったです。

The Kyoto Botanical Garden
The Kyoto Botanical Garden opens earlier than usual during the summer, so I went there this morning.
The Garden is one place, so we need third person singular "opens". I open the door, you open the door, they open the door; but he opens the door.
The garden opens at 7:30 from July 22nd to August 15th.
EspeciallyBut from July 30th to August 3rd, the garden opens at 7:00.
"especially" is wrong here, it means "more so than usual". So you could say "In August, the garden is especially busy" - it's busy at other times, too, but in August more busy than usual. I think you wanted "specially", and that is more correct than "especially", but I couldn't think of a way to use it that sounded good.
While I was walking in the forest, I felt cozy and refreshed.
