The Journey Begins - Day 1

My friendship with english began when I was a child. Games, music, movies - the language surrounded me and I learned slowly in silence. Honestly, I have never taken english classes or met teachers. Until now, I didn't feel like I want to master my english, but now I have to do it for my carrier and travel plans. I the recent years I learned that learning is the best thing I can do. My knowledge is the only thing that anyone can't get from me - Unless his name is Alzheimer, of course... :D
So I decided to learn so many things, because it feels good and I think it makes me a little more... aware.

According to the EF SET and other tests, my level is about B2 in reading, listening and writing. My spoken english is a bit lower, but I'll improve. Regardless, I make a lot of mistakes, like common grammar staff, misuse of prepositions, pronouncement, and so on. I'd like to get rid of these and reach fluency. I learn fast and have a pretty good vocabulary, so I think it's totally possible.

I use many passive and active methods, like watching movies, shadowing, YouGlish "tours", talking with ChatGPT, and now I'm just introducing myself here too. I choosed LangCorrect, because it's a simple and easy way to get feedbacks from natives, and I belive it'll be helpful for my learning journey. In addition, I can help others with my native language, which is also good, so let's do it.

I can't wait for your corrections, thank you!

The Journey Begins - Day 1

My friendship with eEnglish began when I was a child.

"English" is the name of a language, so it's a proper noun and should be capitalised.

Games, music, movies - the language surrounded me and I learned slowly in silence.

I slightly question the use of "in silence" here, since silence isn't exactly the first thing I think of when I see "games, music, movies". Alternatively, you can consider: "...and I learned slowly and subconsciously." Perhaps this is more accurate to what you mean?

Honestly, I have never taken eEnglish classes or met teachers.

Alternatively: "Honestly, I have never taken English classes or had teachers."

Until now, I didn't feel like I want to master my eing English, but now I have to do it for my carrieer and travel plans.

(1) "Feel" and "want" might be redundant side by side like this. Just one of them will suffice.
(2) "Master" is typically used when referring to a skill in general, rather than yours specifically. Alternatively, if you want to use "my": "I didn't feel like perfecting my English".

I then recent years I (have) learned that learning is the best thing I can do.

Here, "in recent years" is basically a set phrase. "In the recent years" would immediately sound unnatural.

My knowledge is the only thing that anyno one can't get take away from me - Uunless his name is Alzheimer, of course... :D
So I decided to learn so many things, because it feels good and I think it makes me a little more... aware.

Here, "get" would likely be interpreted as meaning "extract" or "retrieve". "Take away" is what you're looking for.

According to the EF SET and other tests, my level is about B2 in reading, listening and writing.

My spoken eEnglish is a bit lower, but I'll improve.

Regardless, I make a lot of mistakes, like common grammar stauff, misuse of prepositions, pronouncementiation, and so on.

(1) "Choose" is an improper verb. Its forms are "choose", "chose", "chosen".
(2) "Feedback" is generally an uncountable noun.

In addition, I can help others with my native language, which is also good, so let's do it.

I can't wait for your corrections, thank you!
