The graphical chart represents the proportion in percent between men and women in academic staff among seven faculties of a major university in 2012.
Overall, the chart demonstrates the significant difference between the genders in particular faculties. Four out of seven has a male domination in their staff, with only two of faculties being overcome by women. The disproportion might rise up to 80 percent and even higher. The faculties which could considered as male are business, engineering, law and science. Women had the larger part in arts and engineering.
The most male faculty, with just over 80 percent of men, is engineering. Opposite to it is the education faculty, the female domination of which was showing roughly the same result. Other male overwhelming faculties were business and science, having twice as much men than women in their academic staff. Law faculty had a proportion of 60/40 with a moderate domination of men. Female academic members overcome the male ones in arts faculty with a slight difference of 10 percent approximately. Lastly, it is medicine faculty that had an almost accurate balance in both genders.
It's an IELTS writing test example. There was given a graph, so I wrote the text as if the reader knows about it.
Please, also rate the post with a grade from 0 to 10. Thank you!

"shows" and "certain" are maybe a bit easier for the reader to take in, given that the graph itself will present its own challenges. Several faculties have a significant difference, so I think "a" may be more appropriate in your sentence.
Four out of seven has a male domination in their staff, withare predominately male, while only two of faculties being overcomeare dominated by women.

I'd give this an 8/10. I noticed that sometimes your descriptions speak in the present tense and sometimes in the past. For example, in the final two sentences there doesn't seem to be any reason for one sentence to be present tense and the other sentence to be past tense.
The Gender Representation in Academic StaffUniversity Faculties
The graphical chart represents the proportion in percent between men and women in academic staff among seven facultie shows the proportions of faculty by gender in seven departments of a major university in 2012.
Some notes:
*A graph is a type of chart. "graphical chart" is redundant.
*Proportion = how many fit the description out of a total population. "proportion in percent" is also redundant.
*At least in the U.S., we say department in this case instead of faculty. Faculty means the people on staff who teach, and a department consists of many faculty, staff, and students who study similar subjects. For example, the English department consists of literature, English history, grammar, etc. Each faculty member teaches a specific subject.
*Represent means a single item or group has the characteristics of a larger whole. A graph shows data and does not represent anything.
Sorry for the long explanation on this short sentence, but I figured I would explain some key words/concepts. I might sound tough on this correction :)
Overall, the chart demonstrates the significant difference between the genders in particular facultiedepartments.
Four out of seven hasve a male domination in their staff, with only two of faculties being overcome by womenjority of male faculty members, and two have a female majority.
Overcome means to invade/take over/occupy something that otherwise is not yours.
The disproportion might rise up tocould be 80 percent and evenor higher.
The faculties whichdepartments that could considered as male-dominated are business, engineering, law and science.
Women hadve the larger partroportion in arts and engineering.
Engineering is both male- and female-dominated?

Opposite to it is the education faculty, the female domination of which was showing roughly the same resultThe education department has the opposite proportion of 80 percent women versus men.
Other male overwhelming facultie-dominant departments were business and science, having twice as muchany men than women in their academic staff.
Many = you can count how many things (people in this case)
Much = not able to easily count
For example: I have many friends versus I have much happiness.
Law facultyies had a proportion of 60/40 with a moderate domination of , men to women.
Female academic members overcome the male ones in arts faculty with a slight difference of 10 percent approximately 10 percent.
Either way is fine. I would rather place the adjective first.

"Demonstrate" is used more for examples. Here it doesn't work because the chart just describes the situation.
"Sexes" sounds better than "genders" to me in this type of situation, although in certain subcultures (like certain strands of feminism), "genders" might be more common, for political reasons.

I think "majority" could also work as a replacement for "larger part."
"Engineering" looks like a typo here.

Nice journal! I would give it a 7.5 or 8 out of 10. Probably an 8 :)
I'll try to give you a teacher-type response, so it might be a little critical, but before I start, I just want you to know I'm really impressed by this response!
You did a great job taking a somewhat hard topic, analyzing the information, and using strong vocabulary in your response.
You used the word "overcome" incorrectly, which I changed to "overrun".
The biggest issue is the sentence structure. I'm not an English teacher, so I'm not sure how the teacher would grade this response, but as you can see from my corrections, I changed a lot of the sentences to sound smoother. I still understood what you wanted to say, but the sentences didn't sound exactly ... English? Creating smoother/more native-sounding sentences will come to you with the more practice you have with the language.
