The first time to try Indian clothes

Yesterday, my friend and I went to a Chinese massage, then we went to the Indian street have some Indian food. After that, my friends points at a cloth store and ask me whether I have interest to try Indian clothes.

Since I am a person open to new things, I agree without hesitation. The store has many different fancy saree and traditional clothes. For people’s easy to wear in fast-pace modern society, the designer make the set into a top, a long dress and a cloth.

It is a little shame when my friends asked me what Chinese people wear to show the traditional culture. For myself, I never have a Chinese qipao or strict ancient Chinese women dress. I usually worn t-shirt and skirt, or Korean pop culture style clothes. So I have few words to describe my homeland cloth culture. I think it was a good opportunity to review my homeland history then I could show them proudly.

Actually, my cloth style is mixed and flexible. When I was first off the boat in the USA, I tried some ‘American hip-hop teenager’ clothes in summer. And I soon fell in love with this casual and self-featured style. So it is a new explore for me to learn more cultures from the world when I am now in a tapestry country.

I tried a white one set, and love it at the first eye. Then I tried to bargain with the owner. I don’t know the bargain culture in India, so I just use round-down tricks. If I was in China, I would urge a half-price at my first asking, then accept 75% price as my deal. The owner finally agreed to give me a free blue wrap.

The top is a little loose, so some changes need to be done. When the store owner measured my body and I paid for it, I would have my own Indian clothes next week.

After that, my friends pointsed at a clothing store and asked me whether I havewas interest toed in trying Indian clothes.

Since I am (a person) open to new things, I agreed without hesitation.

It would sound more natural without “a person.”

The store has many different fancy sarees and traditional clothes.

For people’s easy to wear inconvenience in the fast-paced modern society, the designer makde the set into a top, a long dress and a [cloth].

A cloth? Like a washcloth for washing the face?

It is felt a little ashamed when my friends asked me what Chinese people wear to show their traditional culture.

For myself, I’ve never haved a Chinese qipao or a strict ancient Chinese women’s dress.

I usually wornear a t-shirt and skirt, or Korean pop culture style clothes.

So I have few words to describe my homeland’s clothing culture.

I think it was a good opportunity to review my homeland’s history, so then I could show them proudly.

Actually, my clothing style is mixed and flexible.

“Cloth” usually refers to a piece of fabric or a washcloth.

When I was first off the boat in the USA, I tried some ‘American hip-hop teenager’ clothes in the summer.

And I soon fell in love with this casual and self-featuredcentered(?) style.

I’m not sure what you mean by “self-featured.”

So it is a new exploreation for me to learn about more cultures from around the world when I am now in a tapestry country.

I tried a white one set, and loved it at the first eyesight.

第一眼 = at first sight

I’m not sure what a “one set” is.

Then I tried to bargain with the owner.

I don’t know the bargaining culture in India, so I just used round-down tricks.

If I was in China, I would urge a half-price at my first asking, first propose half-price, and then accept 725% price as myoff as the final deal.

打 7.5 折 = 25% off

The owner finally agreed to give me a free blue wrap.

The fFirst tTime to tryI Tried on Indian cClothesing

Gotta capitalize first letter of each word for titles. "Clothing" is a little bit better than "clothes" for a title but it's fine either way.

Yesterday, my friend and I went to a Chinese massage, then we went to the Indian street to have some Indian food.

After that, my friends pointsed at a cloth storetailor and asked me whether I havewas interest to tryed in trying on Indian clothes.

Since I am a person open to new things, I agreed without hesitation.

Just need to be careful about past tense conjugations. "Agreed without hesitation" is great :)

The store has many different fancy sarees and traditional clothes.

For people’s easy to wear inIn a fast-paced modern society that values convenient and comfortable clothing, the designer makesimplifies the set into a top, a long dress, and a cloth.

"easy to wear" can't be used as a noun after "people's." I added some words to convey I think the same idea, that the clothing is convenient and comfortable for the modern day.

”and a cloth" --- it's not clear what this cloth is referring to, it should be specified.

It is a little shame when my friends asked me what Chinese people wear to showin their traditional culture.

"It's a shame" is the typical structure.

This sentence is fine, but typically I think the next sentence is combined with this one, because otherwise "It's a shame" is a little unclear.

For myself, I have never haveworn a Chinese qipao or strictthe ancient style of Chinese women dress.

"strict" is a little strange for this sentence.

I usually wornear a t-shirt and skirt, or Korean pop culture style clothes.

So I haved few words to describe my homelandthe cloth culture of my homeland.

"cloth culture" sounds a bit strange but I can't think of a better phrasing. Maybe "textile culture" or "clothing culture“

I think it was a good opportunity to review my homeland history thenso I could show them it proudly.

Actually, my clothing style is mixed and flexible.

"Clothing style" is best for like 穿着风格

When I was first off the boat in the USA, I tried some ‘American hip-hop teenager’ clothes in the summer.

And I soon fell in love with this casual and self-featuredexpressive style.

"self-featured" --- not sure what this means

So it is a new explorerience for me to learnexplore more cultures from around the world when I am now in a tapestryextile-rich country.

"tapestry" is a form of painting 画卷、挂毯, it's not typically used for "textiles" or “fabrics" in the sense that you wear them + it can't be used to describe a country without extra words (you could say "tapestry-rich country" if you wanted, but I think "textile-rich" is the meaning you're trying to express)

I tried a white one seutfit, and love it at theI fell in love at first eyesight.

"fell in love at first sight" 一见钟情

Then I tried to bargain with the owner.

I don’t know the bargain culture in India, so I just used round-down tricks.

If I was in China, I would urge apush for half-price at my first asking, then accept a 75% price as my final deal.

The owner finally agreed to give me a free blue wrap.

The top iwas a little loose at first, so some changes needed to be done.

When tThe store owner measured my body and I paid for ittook my measurements and I paid up. Next week, I would have my own set of Indian clothes next week.

"When" sounds strange when paired with "would" in the second part of the sentence. I just split it up into two sentences, but it still sounds a little off. Since you're paying, it makes sense you're gonna own the clothing anyway, so it feels redundant to mention that. You could say:

"After payment, the clothing is delivered the next week. The store owner took my measurements and I paid up, and I was so excited to soon have my own set of Indian clothing!"
