In general, short sentences sound more natural in English. In particular, the meaning of "however, because" is ambiguous when used as you wrote it.

It is an English keyboard, so the keys have a different distribution and there is no "ñ.", I could ask for a refund but I feel is not the right thing to do because it is my fault, since I didn't pay attention;. I didn't modify the key's' distribution on my operating system because I remember where the keys are, so maybe I don't need it, but it is still a little uncomfortable because the English keyboard hats fewer keys,: those 2 "><" are now for me almost impossible to makefor me to press.

You should have more periods in here ie more sentences rather than just 1. Your English is great though
