The Felicity
I think the answer is "not", but I also think, the money can help a lot to get the happiness. The question here is that some people are happy with little money. By the other hand, some people with lot of money they aren't happy either. I sure the manner as we face the life is very importat for us to get the felicity. Also, an important thing at life is to have a health. Because with a good health, is easier to get the happiness.

Felicity is not a common word used to express happiness, it might be better to write "to become happy" or "to achieve happiness" or "to be content".
Also, an important thing atin life is to have abe health.y.
