The first difference between the environmental determinism and possibilism is to build by a different time.
But in my opinion, both the theory I agree.
The idea of environmental determinism was created before the growing global travel. Before the beginning of globalism, people have to depend on their local natural resources to move on. In other words, people don't much opportunity to change their situation and gain a better life before globalism. The quality of local resource will depress the society development. For the Caribbean, it doesn't have many fertile to develop their agriculture. So in the early generation, people have to fish to support their survival.
For environmental possibilism, the Caribbean's pirates are a very good example to explain. When fishing can not support the Caribbean's people live and living under the fear of other countries' aggression, many Caribbean people forcibly became pirates. I think that is the best example to show how people have the ability to adjust to their environment for a better life :D
the environmental determinism VS. possibility
The first difference between the environmental determinism and possibilismty is to build by a different time.
"possibilism" is not an English word. I don't understand what you mean by "to build by a different time".
But in my opinion, boI agree with bothe theory I agreeies.
The idea of environmental determinism was created before the growingera of global travel.
Before the beginning of globalism, people haved to depend on their local natural resources to move onget by.
Use past tense
In other words, people don'tid not have much opportunity to change their situation and gain a better life before globalism.
Use past tense
The quality of local resource willcan depress the society development.
"can" implies uncertainty. "will" is a statement of certainty, which does not sound correct here.
For example, the Caribbean, it doesn't have many fertile fields to develop theirits agriculture.
"fertile" is an adjective. It must have a noun to modify. I added the word "fields". I changed "their" to "its" because "Carribbean" is singular, to keep agreement with the subject.
So in the early generations, people haved to fish to support their survival.
For environmental possibilismty, the Caribbean's pirates areoffer a very good example to explain.
When fishing canould not support the Caribbean's people's live andlihood, they livinged under the fear of other countries' aggression, m. Many Caribbean people forcibreluctantly became pirates.
"reluctantly" is better than "forcibly", because the word "forcibly" implies another party to the action - either someone forcing or being forced. "reluctantly" refers to an coming from within, in response to events beyond one's control.
I think that is the best example to show how people have the ability to adjust to their environment for a better life :D
Feedback
Overall, this article is good. I think you should work on choosing the correct verb tenses to describe past actions, as well as simplifying some of your sentences.
