I want and need to improve my English, I feel comfortable explaining general topics with anyone, although I don't feel comfortable talking in a more serious environment, I landed a job where I don't need to use my English skills, and this exacerbates the problem, If you know any grammar book movie or series that can further expose me to how I should talk when working that would be really useful.
I bought a standing desk and it's been one of the best purchases of my life, I been learning how to work mixing standing and sitting, and this desk without being electric it still delivers quality and good stability for my working setup.

Overall, great effort! Congratulations on your standing desk! I've heard that when you pair those desks with a little walking pad, it's like a match made in heaven. Maybe you could give it a try. As for formal English speaking, I would try to check out something like this: https://www.bbc.co.uk/learningenglish/business-english
it may help if you search online for "Business English" specifically. Hope this helps :D

Switching "good stability" and "quality" sounds more natural, but I can't really tell you why. :P

The biggest and easiest change you can make is with your punctuation. If you break up the sentences more, it sounds more natural and is easier to read.

I split the first sentence into two sentences since it was a run on sentence.

Good work so far! Commas ( , ) can be tricky to place at times.
Learning the difference between independent and dependent clauses in English sentence will be eye-opening! Sentence can have one or multiple clauses (think of clauses like sections of a sentence).
An independent clause can form a complete thought or statement on its own, while a dependent clause cannot.
Independent clause example:
"I couldn't make it there on time."
Dependent clause example:
"Even though I ran as fast as I could"
Dependent clause are often started with prepositions (words like "and", "for", "but", "yet", "so", "although", "despite", "however", etc.), while independent clauses do not.
Once you learn how to distinguish between independent clauses and dependent clauses, your comma placement will get better with practice.
Here are some good rules:
1: Independent clause followed by a dependent clause = no comma between them. "I couldn't make it there on time even though I ran as fast as I could."
2: Dependent clause followed by an independent clause = a comma between them. "Even though I ran as fast as I could, I couldn't make it there on time."
3: Two independent clauses in the same sentence = a comma between them followed by an appropriate preposition. OR separate the two independent clauses by a period ( . ).
"I ran as fast as I could" + "I couldn't make it there on time" = "I ran as fast as I could, but I couldn't make it on time." OR "I ran as fast as I could. I couldn't make it on time.". The first option sounds more natural when said aloud.
It can be tempting to use a lot of commas before a period ends a sentence, but this can lead to sentences that are too long and become confusing for some natives to read. It can be hard to know just how many commas in one sentence is too much, but practice will make your skills better with time!
