I woke up around half past eight in the morning and went to the bathroom, where I stayed for more than 20 minutes. After that, I washed my hands, brushed my teeth, and washed my face. Then I performed ablution for prayer.

For breakfast, I had two eggs, a piece of bread, a slice of Basbousa, and 10 grams of dark chocolate. After breakfast, I got dressed in a black suit and black shoes and headed to work.

At the hospital, where I had some tasks to complete, I arranged an appointment with a neurology specialist for training on an EEG machine. Later, I went to my office. During my free time, I tried to make the most of it by learning Engl

Wait so did you do that during the 20 mins? Because then you should not say 'After that,' rather you should say 'during that time'.

"In the morning" is fine, but optional here. It's already implied that you're waking up in the morning and not at 8:30 pm.

It feels a bit strange to say "after that" here, because you already mentioned having gone to the bathroom, which is presumably where you would wash your face etc.
