This is the conversation with my cat named Luna.
Luna: Meow, meow.
Sachi: Is something wrong?
Luna: I'm hungry.
Sachi: I already put your meal on your plate. Go and eat it!
Luna: Okay.

さち「もうお皿にえさ置いたよ。食べに行って」
ルナ「うん、わかった」

Luna: I'm hungry.
Sachi: I already put your meal oin your platebowl.
This assumes Luna eats from a bowl. You can also say, "I already put out your food."
Go and eat it!

Feedback
どうしたの?can be translated a lot of ways. Here's a few:
What's wrong?
What's the matter?
What's up?
^--- These assume something is wrong. The person you're talking to might look upset.
More neutrally:
Is something wrong?
Is something the matter?
Are you okay?

This is just what I'd say.
Feedback
I don't have much to add , I was just scrolling through and saw a post with "Luna" in the title. :D
"Is something wrong?," "what's the matter?," are fine for "どうしたの?" I think. My Luna eats about half her bowl, does a patrol around the house, then /sometimes/ eats the rest.
TheA conversation with my cat
It makes more sense to use "a" instead of "the" here.

"どうしたの?" in English would equate to something like "What's wrong?" or "What's going on?"
可愛い会話ですね。Keep up the great work!

Removing “and” here sounds slightly more familiar in conversation, like how I talk to my cats!
I want to know how to say どうしたの? What would you say どうしたの?in English in this situation?
When my cats meow like this, I often want to say, “Can I help you?” 😆 I think I would どうしたの here as, “What’s the matter?”

This is terrific! Also, I think Luna listens to you more than my cats listen to me! 実は、私の猫たちは今でも文句があります! 😅
