I don't have much to add , I was just scrolling through and saw a post with "Luna" in the title. :D
"Is something wrong?," "what's the matter?," are fine for "どうしたの？" I think. My Luna eats about half her bowl, does a patrol around the house, then /sometimes/ eats the rest.

Thank you so much as always! My Luna does the same. She doesn't eat all the food I give, but still meows, maybe she wants different flavor.
