In 1980, the westernmost part of the outskirts featured a spacious park. Across the street to the north, there were two tennis courts, while to the south of the park, there was a row of houses. A large field occupied the area to the east of the tennis courts. In the southeast corner, there was a grocer’s shop, a block of flats, and a row of terraced houses.

By 2015, the area had undergone extensive changes. The large field was replaced by warehouses, and the tennis courts were transformed into a multifunctional sports center with an adjacent car park. Two new rows of houses had taken the place of the original park, and a smaller park had been built across the street to the east. The grocery shop and block of flats were removed, while the terraced homes were replaced by a supermarket with a northern car park. The central intersection was redesinged into a large roundabout. E.g. “the area where (something) was located was repurposed into a place for (something else).”
