I've been watching a Netflix series called "The Boys"
I'm up to episode 4.
I'm not interested in boys love, but my friend recommended it, so I tried watching the first episode two days ago.
There are 5 or 6 boys in the story and gradually someone likes someone, and I think maybe eventually they will become a couple.
I thought I was going to just watch it one episode first, but unexpectedly, it was interesting, so I'm still watching it.
It's intriguing for me to watch that someone fall in love with someone, but their feelings gradually change, and they always feel uneasy.
The Boys

I usually don't watch romance dramas, but it sounds interesting. I've seen a Japanese romance drama called "First Love" on Netflix and really liked it.
Just wondering, are you sure the title is "The Boys"? Is it "The Boyfriend"? There's an American show called "The Boys" that's very popular in the US, but it's a superhero show that's completely different from this show. 😅

Having two adverbs in a row is unnatural. (Except when one adverb modifies the other, e.g. very quickly)
I initially thought I was just going to just watch it one episode first, but unexpectedly, it was interesting, so I'm still watching it.
"just~" is similar to だけ like ~にすぎない. (e.g. Just going to the mall) (モールに行くだけ). "I thought I was going to just watch..." and "I thought I was just going to watch" is very similar, but "I thought I was just going to watch..." is more natural.
"I thought I was just going to watch one episode first" implies that you will watch the other episodes later (just not now).
私は最初は、一つのエピソードだけ見ようと思いましたが implies that you initially thought you were just going to watch one episode.
It's intriguing for me to watch that someone fall in love with someone, but their feelings gradually change, and they always feel uneasy.
The LOOK AT (見る)meaning of "watch" does not support a that-clause but the BE CAREFUL (念を入れる) meaning does. (e.g. Watch that you don't get paint on the carpet.) (ペンキが絨毯にかからないように、気を付けてください)
