feel free is the common phrase used in this context, "be free" usually means something more like exhibiting the traits of "being free" like, running around in a field and dancing with abandon and such.

It's more common to say "I spent some time" rather than "I spent time" in this context, and then I added in a "then" before working because it's a separate activity from university. Decades are always referred to as "the ___s" so I added a the in front of 1990s, and removed the apostrophe since it's plural not possessive.

Dialogue is almost always singular in the context of movies, the only time I can think of dialogue being plural is when it's used instead of 'conversations', like "we had some useful dialogues about compliance" but that's usually in a more formal setting. You listen to things and learn things "by ear".

I'm assuming you mean learning through rather than learning here--learning through means gaining knowledge through the movie dialogue like learning new phrases and ways to say things, while learning movie dialogue would mean you were learning/memorizing the dialogue exactly, rather than the things from it.

"Native English" is technically correct here but I think it's more natural to say "english natively", as in 'like a native' rather than 'the english that native people speak. I also changed the verb to speak, both of these are just changes that make it more natural, what you have isn't wrong.
