The "Paçoca" is a very popular candy in Brazil (where I live). It's made from ground peanuts, sugar and a pinch of salt. It tastes deliciously sweet. Besides what Wikipedia says, you can find it easily in every part of Brazil.
It was invented by the Native Brazilian people, but when Brazil was colonized by Portugal and other countries the recipe changed. It was originally made with a mortar, nowadays it's made using a food processors or blender.
Paçoca's ingredients:
1. ½ kg of roasted ground peanuts (unsalted)
2. 2 cups of sugar
3. 1 tablespoon of salt
4. 1/2 cup of yellow corn flour
Paçoca's receipe:
1. Combine all the ingredients into a mixer. Pulse untill it feels like a thin sand
2. Place it into a square baking pan
3. Use a knife to cut it into squares or a rounded cookie cutter to cut it into circles
4. Enjoy
There's also a lot of other recipes that use paçoca, for example, paçoca cream, paçoca mousse, "pavê de paçoca" (pavê is desert that also dosen't really exist outside of Brazil, it's (kinda) similar to trifle). It's delicious taste and the myriad of deserts made with the paçoca makes me think it's the best candy in the world.
What it you favorite candy? Is there a candy or desert that doesn't exist out side of your country? Please, tell me in the comments.

The Best Candy in the wWorld (try to) Change My Mind)
The original is correct. This is how I would expect to see this sort of title written by a native speaker.

Putting "the recipe changed" to earlier in the sentence makes it flow a little more smoothly.
It was originally made withusing a mortar, n and pestle. Nowadays, it's made using a food processors or blender.
Just "mortar" is technically fine, but the full phrase "mortar and pestle" is clearer and used more often.
