Do you born with artist talent or do you build it through cultural interaction ?
There are people to think that culture and art have the capability of opening new ways to see the environment and interact with it. They think that these kinds of places (museums, theaters…) awake your intuition and active some parts of you, that let you feel the world in different manners or artistic way.
On the other hand, some people think that easier access to museums, libraries, internet, allow people to know about the existence of certain art or knowledge. However, that is not mean that they are artists or understand the complexity of art, for example, some people believe that the art is something trendy or fancy; people with enough exposition to cultural world get adapted to it, but they do not feel it.
In conclusion, there are diverse perception about art and people with this kind of talent, everyone is different, we can not say who is or not artist, or what is the right way to become one easily.
