Recently, the temperature in Guangzhou has changed quickly.
Last week it was up to 28 ℃ and even 32℃.
However, on last week's Friday evening, it dropped to 15℃ with rain.
These past two days, it has only had 9℃ to 12°C.
According to the weather report, it will get warm next Tuesday. On Tuesday, it will highly up to 30°C.
Since the temperature has been changing so fast, I have no idea what kind of clothes I should wear.
It's easy to catch a cold. As the saying goes, don't put your winter clothes in the wardrobe before the Dragon Boat Festival in May.
How about your place? Does the temperature also change fast?
The temperature changed quickly in GuangZzhou.

Feedback
Yes, the weather is mercurial (changes quickly and unexpectedly) in springtime here, too.
The temperature changed quickly in GuangZhou
Since it is in past tense it cannot start without 'The' otherwise it will sound improper.
Last week it was up to 28 ℃ and even 32℃.!
You feel shocked at the change in temperature.
However, on last week's Friday evening, it dropped to 15℃ with rain.
Instead of "last week's Friday" "last Friday" is used
ThesFor the past two days, it hwas only hadbetween 9℃ toand 12°C.
"has only had" is incorrect and cannot be used in the context of this sentence
According to the weather report, it will get warmer next Tuesday.
warmer instead of warm to show that it will increase next Tuesday
On Tuesday, it will highlyrise up to 30°C.

Does the temperature also change as fast?
Last week, it wasreached up to 28 ℃ and even 32℃.
Just a quick little comma and I added "reached up to" to emphasize the high temp :D
However, on last week's Friday evening last week, it dropped to 15℃ with rain.
I just switched the words around a little so that it can feel a bit more natural :)
These past two days, it has only hadbeen between 9℃ to 12°C.
Since you were giving a range "9 to 12" it flows a little better when you say "between" :D We also don't really use "has had" with temperature. We say "it's been" But still, great work :)
According to the weather report, it will get warm next Tuesday.
On Tuesday, it will highly up tomay reach as high as 30°C.
To indicate how high the temp is, I'd use "may reach as high as" instead. Again, just for flow and sounding more natural :D
Since the temperature has been changing so fast, I have no idea what kind of clothes I should wear.
This is perfect :D
As the saying goes, don't put your winter clothes in the wardrobe before the Dragon Boat Festival in May.
This is great too! No changes needed and I also love this quote :D
How about your place?
This sentence is perfect the way it is, but you could also try "How about where you are?" for a little more clarity if you'd like.
DoeIs the temperature also change fasting quickly?
Just a little grammar tweak. "change fast" should be "changing quickly" :)
Feedback
Overall, this was great! I loved hearing about the weather where you are. Here in Germany, the weather also changes quickly :D Some days it's bright, sunny, and beautiful. Other days it's dreary, rainy, and the sky is full of nothing but gray. Sometimes it's hard to know if I should wear a jacket or not :D I guess that this strange random weather phenomenon is a global thing not just an issue here. Anyway, good luck with your English learning! You're doing great already :)
