Telling China's Story Well
How come that Minning Town, a TV show about the story of China's poverty eradication, becomes a hit in many African and ASEAN countries? China accomplished the goal of helping more than 700 million people get rid of poverty, an achievement that is significant and heart-touching in any country at any time. A TV show about this process can inspire people in other countries fighting against the same issue. Chinese writers and artists should create more excellent works that demonstrate both the Chinese aesthetic interests and the universal values pursued by all humanity.
