Tell me your favorite proverb.

I'm not sure whether it's proverb or not in public, "Even you are not the fire, you can be the furnace" is my favorite. Even I am a nervous person, I can have great passion inside my heart and develop my skills day by day. This word encourage me every time.

Thank you very much for the careful correction.

Tell me your favorite proverb.

I'm not sure whether it's proverb or not in public, reality, but "Even if you are not the fire, you can be the furnace" is my favorite.

(1) in public: in view of other people; when others are present.
in reality: in actual fact (used to contrast a false idea of what is true or possible with one that is more accurate).
(2) "But" is expected here.

Even though I am a nervous person, I can have great passion inside my heart and develop my skills day by day.

This wordproverb encourages me every time.

(1) It should be "encourages" and not "encourage", since "proverb" is singular.
(2) Alternatively: "These words encourage me every time."

I don't know if I have a favourite proverb in particular, but one of the more recent ones I'd learned, which I think rolls off the tongue nicely, is "Birds of a feather flock together"!
