Me and my wife moved in together.
As we packed our things, my wife found a documantation.
It was her birth certification.
She noticed her last name has been repaired.
On the paper was'nt her right last name.
She tought it could be a mistake, but she moved foward.
Her mother died for 4 years ago, so she could not asked her about it.
She asked to her mother cousin about the repaired last name.
She told her to it is her mother first husband's last name, so this informnation means that my wife father is not her biology father.

"Me and X" -> "X and I" is one of those things that is almost a stereotype for English teachers to correct, and a lot of native English speakers will totally say "Me and X" too. I'm normally a bit more on the descriptivist side, where "Me and X" would be ok since so many native speakers use it, but since this is a language learning site I thought I'd let you know that it's formally considered incorrect.
As we packed our things, my wife found (a documaent / some documentation).
