The correction tax is not good for the people who are native from an contry that doesn't speak native English... I speak portuguese, but it was months ago that a text was uploaded in portuguese to be corrected. How I will upload my texts to correction, when I can't to correct more texts, because a few people are learning my language?

No need to repeat 'native' twice, you don't even have to include it. In this context 'English speaking country' implies that no one natively speaks it.

This sentence is technically fine but '...it was months ago that someone last posted in Portuguese to be corrected' sounds more natural.

Oh, that's a pretty serious problem! I didn't even realize there was a correction tax, though I suppose that's because so many people here are learning English. Thank you for bringing this up, hopefully it can be fixed soon!
