VAT Withholding is not applied to following invoice because the material in the invoice was imported and besides, no information was written at the bottom of the invoice but information of custom certificate. If the company purchases certain materials such as copper,aliminium, lead etc from importers, statement of “purchasing from importer” has to be referred on the invoice with custom certificate and import invoice.

Actually I made a mistake, you can say but, for example, if you say 'but that of the information of...', this is another way of saying except. As, 'but' on its own can be unclear to the reader that you mean that there was only that information there.

Actually no, you can say 'but', sorry my mistake!! I just tried to express that more clearly though except. You can also say, 'but that of the information of...'
