Talk about Musical

To perform a musical show in front of many audience is hard work. It must acquire a lot of staff, includes directior, script writer, stage manager, set designer, or musicians, etc. And also, it’s a hard work to arrange enough actors that the script need. You might have such a musical activity work experience during when you were high school or junior high school days. However, it is difficult to find now that you get adult. Or if you made a decision, you would get to knock on the door of musical theater, if fortunately, you would get a good role. However, you would be fired the job because you had to take many holidays for the lesson.

To perform a musical show in front of manya large audience is hard work.

It must acrequires a lot of staff, includesing a directior, script writer, stage manager, set designer, or musicians, etc.

And also, it’s a hard work to arrange enough actors for all the roles that the script needs.

You could also say "cast", as in "it's hard work to cast actors for all the roles in the script."

You might have such a musical activity work experience during when you wereay have had experience in such a musical during your high school or junior high school days.

Most people don't actually say "junior high school", they just say "junior high."

However, it is difficult to find now that you getkind of experience now as an adult.

Or iIf you made a decisiondecide to go for it, you wcould get to knock on the door of a musical theater, if production company. If you were fortunately enough, you wcould get a good role.

I guess "would" is not technically wrong here but it sounds unnatural. It's a very common phrase to say "If you want, you could (...)". Usually when I hear "If you wanted (...), you would (...)", it sounds like the speaker doesn't believe that the subject actually wants it because their actions don't match their desire.

However, you would be fired the job because you hadfrom your day job for having to take many holidays for the lessons.

"Day job" = 日常の仕事.

You may see this term come up a lot when reading or talking about creative passions/hobbies that some people try to turn into a career. E.g. "My day job is a bank teller, but one day I want to become a rock star."
