I want to speak like a native speaker!! Seriously!!๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Would you please help me by correcting anything that's wrong or sounds unnatural in these sentences?
You can change whatever you want!
It's alright if you change an entire sentence!!
I'd like to learn some common phrases and slang! ๐Ÿ™
Also, I'd like to hear your advice on how to have conversations with English speakers.
I'm looking forward to your constructive criticism.โœ๏ธ

B: What did you eat this morning?
A: Just rice with yukari furikake.
B: Yukari?
A: Yukari is a kind of Japanese furikake that rice seasoning thing that is made from red shiso leaves. It has a sour-salty delicious flavor and is often eaten with rice and onigiri.
B: Oh, I see.
A: You don't have it in your country?
B: Yeah, I've never heard of it.
A: I see.
B: What did you have for lunch?
A: I didn't eat anything.
B: Omg, aren't you hungry? Are you on a diet?
A: No, I'm not. It was just a hassle.
B: You find it a pain in the neck to eat?
A: Yeah. Eating and going out to buy food. Do you ever have days like that?
B: No. I like eating. And you should eat three meals at the same time. Rhythm of life is important for your health.
A: Yeah, you're right. But I heard that sometimes it's healthier to eat two meals a day. The process of digestion in the stomach and absorption in the intestines requires a certain amount of time. Eating fewer meals increases the amount of hunger time when the stomach is completely empty, which is the resting time for the gastrointestinal tract. Some people say that by eating less often, they are less likely to feel sleepy after eating, and they feel clearer-headed, lighter, and so on.
B: Right. And it used to be normal to have two meals a day in the old days.
A: Yeah, true. So I guess there must be an appropriate number of meals for each person.
B: Good point. What about at night then?
A: Three flavors of fried chicken: soy sauce, garlic, and red pickled ginger.
B: Did you make that yourself?
A: Nah, I went to buy.
B: Wasn't that a hassle?
A: Yeah. I had an irresistible craving for fried chicken.
B: I see. What's red pickled ginger flavor?
A: Literally. Red pickled ginger flavor.
B: Oh, is it good?
A: Yeah, I like it. It's salty and not too heavy so good for summer. Do you like pickled something?
B: Yes.
A: Then I think you'll like it.
B: Oh, that's good. I'll give it a try when I get to Japan.
A: Nice. Tell me what you ate.

B: What did you eat this morning?

A: Just rice with yukari furikake.

B: Yukari?

A: Yukari is a kind of Japanese furikake that rice seasoning thing that is made from red shiso leaves.

"that rice seasoning thing" doesn't make sense but since I don't know what you meant I don't know how to fix it

It has a sour-salty delicious flavor and is often eaten with rice and onigiri.

B: Oh, I see.

A: You don't have it in your country?

B: YeahNo, I've never heard of it.

I know this is confusing and doesn't make sense, but if someone asks "You don't...?", the correct way to respond is always with "no, ...[your answer]"
Examples:
A: You don't have it in your country?
B: No, I've never heard of it.
B: No, we do. / No, we have it. / We do / We have it.

Feel free to ask a follow up question if this didn't make sense.

A: I see.

B: What did you have for lunch?

A: Nothing / I skipped lunch / I didn't eat anythinglunch.

Sounds like a native speaker this way.

B: Omg, aren't you hungry?

Are you on a diet?

A: No, I'm not.

It was just a hassle.

B: You find it a pain in the neckIt's a hassle to eat?

Your idiom is correct but a little unnatural in this context. I would only use "a pain in the neck" if there is something which is really annoying.
The most stereotypical example is children: "My little sister is a pain in the neck".

A: Yeah.

Eating and going out to buy foodrocery shopping.

We always say "grocery shopping" if we are going to make the food ourselves. Otherwise it sounds a little more likely that you're going to buy food from a restaurant.

Do you ever have days like that?

B: No.

I like eating.

And you should eat three meals at the same time.

Rhythm of lifeEating is important for your health.

I don't think "Rhythm of life" is an expression in English.

So I guess there must be an appropriate number of meals must be different for each person.

B: Good point.

You could just say "It's too much of a hassle to go to the store." Which means you feel lazy and you don't want to go to the store to buy something.
