Fear of the future
I feel that all my life until now has been delayed compared with my acquaintance's life. In my earlies 20's when they were dancing at parties I was playing videogames like a Kid, this partly because I had a very religious and overprotective parents. Now when I'm about to start my 30's, I long for being at parties dancing but people from my generation is starting to make up their own family. that wouldn't be a problem if I weren't about to be a "real adult", too old to be in parties. I feel that I spend my youth shut away in my room in front of a screen. In this moment I want to go outside and meet people but everybody has their own group of friends. I just hope there will be more people in my situation in order to live our youth but in our 30's.

Stay positive, many people are in the same situation as you. I was addicted to video games until 23 years old. Now two years later I go out and socialize every day. Change takes time.
