I sleep, I wake up, I'm good xD I sleep, I wake up, I'm good xD

I sleep, I wake up, I am good xD I sleep, I wake up, I am good xD

While "sleep" and "wake up" are verbs, good is an adjective. So you need to put the verb to be: "am". I am good, not I good

Sorry I just continuing want to skip another day.

Sorry I just continuing want to skip another day.

I'm not sure what you want to convey here. Do you mean you are just writing to continue your streak?

Sorry I'm just continuing but I want to skip another day. Sorry I'm just continuing but I want to skip another day.

When you put I + verb ending in "-ing", you have to put the verb "to be" in between. This may be I "am" (present), I "was" (past), or I "will be" (future)

There's nothing in my head now, I'm not that well either.

There's nothing in my head now, I'm not that well either. There's nothing in my head now, I'm not well either.

When you want to say you are sick, you can just say I'm not well, no need to use "that well"

So I just write a few down like this.

So I just write a few down like thissentences down. So I just write a few sentences down.

So I have just writeten a few sentences down like this. So I have just written a few sentences down like this.

You should use the present perfect tense here, but that is an advanced concept, so learn it when you are comfortable. Also you should specify what it is you are writing.
