Sweet potatoes originated in Latin America and were spread all over the world by Spanish colonists.
Did you know that sweet potatoes have three magical functions?
It can control blood pressure and protect the cardiovascular system.
It can prevent constipation.
It has the potential to fight cancer.
However, sweet potatoes should not be eaten in large quantities, as excessive consumption can cause indigestion.
Although I don't like sweet potatoes, I regularly consume them.

红薯原产於拉丁美洲，由西班牙殖民者传播至全球。
也许你不知道红薯有三个神奇的作用
1.它可以控制血压，保护心血管；
2.可以预防便秘；
3.有抗癌潜力。
但是红薯不宜多吃，过量会引起消化不良。
虽然不喜欢吃，但我每天都坚持吃红薯。
