Sweating

Sweating cools our body when hot or active.
Tiny drops come from skin pores.
They take away heat as they dry.
Drink water to replace lost fluids.
Wipe sweat to stay comfortable.
Clean skin stops bad smells.
Smart sweating keeps us healthy during play and work.
Although it's already October, the place where I live is still hot and stuffy.
In the morning and at night, I feel a little bit of autumn.
