it's a holiday

Firstly, it's a holiday. I love this date because it's my favorite day of the weekend. I started the day at 10 o'clock, very late, wow. Later, I woke up; I stayed in bed for quite some time until my wife called me for breakfast. I ate toasted bread in a frying pan. It is delicious 😋. I prefer couscous, but I'm too lazy 🦥 to prepare it. To sum up my day, I rest every day, and now I am studying English on my own."

I'm not sure what you mean... the date is the number (like March 30th), but a certain date doesn't happen on the same day of the week every year. I'm guessing that you like the day because it's a holiday and also it's the weekend. :)

I started the day at 10 o'clock, very late, wow.

I ate toasted bread in a frying pan. I ate toasted bread in a frying pan.

I'm not quite sure how to correct this sentence, but you can't toast bread in a frying pan LOL. Maybe "I ate bread cooked in a frying pan"?

I ate bread that was toasted bread in a frying pan. I ate bread that was toasted in a frying pan.

As written, it means you ate it in the pan instead of on a plate

It is delicious 😋.

To sum up my day, I rest every day, and now I am studying English on my own."

To sum up my day, I rest everyed all day, and now I am studying English on my own." To sum up my day, I rested all day, and now I am studying English on my own."

I think this is what you meant, as from context it seems that you only rest on weekends, so not every day...

To sum up my day, I rest everyed all day, and now I am studying English on my own." To sum up my day, I rested all day, and now I am studying English on my own."

"Every day" means yesterday, today, tomorrow... every single day. "All day" means the whole day for one day.
